First of all, please remember that you must be completely frustrated, fed up, at the end of your rope, angry and extremely serious about completely eliminating unwanted spam and absolutely determined to obtain a solution THAT WORKS.  You must also be willing to do anything it takes to eliminate ALL spam from reaching you now and in the future.  I'm telling you this since it will take a small amount of work on your part.  It's easy to do, but there are things you have to do in cooperation with the system to make it work.  But I GUARANTEE that you will eliminate ALL spam from contaminating your email inbox from now on as long as you follow the directions given here.

Step One

Step Two

Now this step could possibly be the hardest part especially if you've had your email address for a long time and all your friends and clients know it by memory.  Here goes:

You MUST cancel your current infected and contaminated email address.  You have no other choice!  This elimination system works, but it's intended for those who are absolutely SERIOUS about getting rid of ALL spam and have an email address that is out of control with spam.  Ask yourself, "Is my email address more important than being harassed with tons of spam daily?"  Please stay with me, but be aware that it will be mandatory for you to eventually deactivate your current infected email address.  You could call it one of the sacrifices of war.  Please do not deactivate your current email until you have another already setup!

Step Three

Next, you will need to setup a new email address or addresses on your new or current domain server, or with your current ISP (such as AOL, MSN, CoxCable or others) or any of the many free email services such as hotmail.com and yahoo.com for EACH company that you give your email address to.

How to setup each email address

For instance, lets say your last name is shelikestoski and so you purchase shelikestoski.com as your domain name.  You now own shelikestoski.com along with 20 blank email addresses.  Then you go to your bank, Second National Bank to fill out a credit application.  If they ask you for your email address, then list your email address as secondnationalbank@shelikestoski.com.

Then lets say that your first name is Terry.  Tell all your friends and family that your private email address is terry@shelikestoski.com.

If you sign up a new freight company to transport your company products and it's called U.S. Freight Company, tell them that your email address is usfreight@shelikestoski.com.

Then using your favorite browser, go to your control panel (more details on this simple control panel later) and click a button that says "Add A New Email Address".  You simply type "secondnationalbank" in the blank form window, then shelikestoski.com will be automatically filled in for you.  You would then once again click "Add A New Email Address" and type in the word "terry" and again the rest of the email address is filled in for you.  Click "Add A New Email Address" once again, type in the word "usfreight", the rest is automatically filled in for you.  You assign a password for each of these new email addresses.

Within seconds, you now have three email addresses, each one unique so that you always know who is actually sending the email you receive.  If you should get spam that was sent to your email address, secondnationalbank@shelikestoski.com, then you have several choices to make:

1. Immediately call the bank and chew them out for selling your email address and tell them how you know THEY did it!

2. Threaten to cancel your business relationship with them if this ever happens again.

3. Tell them they can be sued for revealing private security information to spammers (or whatever you feel like telling them).

Then simply go back to your control panel and click "Delete An Email Account".  A list of all your email addresses will come up.  From that list choose the contaminated account, "secondnationalbank@shelikestoski.com" and then click "DELETE".

No more email will be received from the spammers you were sold out to.  In addition, when the email address no longer works, it discredits the spammers who try to peddle your email address to other spammers.  For those who do have a legitimate address, a message will come back to the sender that says "Your email is being returned.  No such address".

A spammer who had just paid for this so-called "working" address, would most likely request a refund from whoever sold the address to him or her causing a hassle for the spammer.  In addition to you only having to deal with a single email address simply and swiftly, it simply causes spammers more TROUBLE!  Even though they all use fake return addresses, the address they use will receive the spam instead of you.  When email companies receive returns and identify it as spam, they normally go after the spammer with lawsuits, criminal charges and cause many people who send spam to lose email privileges with their ISPs.

Since this will also prohibit the bank itself from contacting you by your email address, if you still trust Second National Bank with another email address, setup a different address just for them such as secondnationalbank2@shelikestoski.com.  Not only will you most likely never have to change it again after you "bust" them for selling your email address to someone, but in most instances, companies will think twice before selling your email to 3rd parties with THEIR name within the email address.  They will catch on soon enough that you are tracking all email sent to that address and it will be less likely they will pass it along to others for profit.

Step Four

I also recommend a program that comes with most all computers called Microsoft Outlook Express to use as your email send and receive program.  Netscape also makes a great email program.  You could also use Microsoft Outlook, HP Gateway and many other fine email client programs out there.  Either way, you simply setup ALL your new email accounts and they will all load into ONE inbox for your convenience.  After a simple setup that we will guide you through, click "SEND AND RECEIVE" and ALL your email will be presented to you in order to open, read, process, reply to, etc.

Except now there's no more spam.  You will ONLY get email from the friends, family members, Second National Bank and U.S. Freight Company who all have their own unique email address to contact you.  If their email address is ever compromised by a spammer, you will know it and can take action immediately and only have ONE email address to be concerned about with a direct connection to one company, individual or small group.  You will also know WHO sold you out if that should occur.  If it's a friend or family member, this is usually unintentional due to them sending something, such as a harmless greeting card or coupon from a website.  If the spam continues, you simply tell your friends and family ONLY what your new address is.  Much easier than telling the bank, the credit card company, the freight company and on and on.  They all keep the same uninfected address they have.

Something else you may want to do whenever you send greeting cards or register at certain websites is to use an address such as websites@shelikestoski.com.  If you start getting spam at that address, hit "DELETE" in your control panel and the spam is GONE forever!  Then simply setup a different "send from" address called websites2@shelikestoski.com since only the website knew the old address anyway.  Although most spammers are very tricky, there are many ways to stay ahead of them and protect yourself.
